Complete our property intake form with your listing details. We'll schedule a consultation to review the property, talk through strategy, and map out the best path to closing for your seller.
We Finalize the Agreement
Landman finalizes the auction agreement directly with the seller, with you recognized as the referring partner from the start.
Launch Marketing and Open Bidding
Our team produces professional photography, video, and custom marketing materials for the property, then launches a targeted multi-channel campaign reaching qualified buyers locally, regionally, and nationally. Bidding opens and builds toward a set auction date.
Auction Day
The auction closes and the winning buyer executes the sales contract and submits their deposit. A committed buyer, clear terms, and a direct path to closing.
Close and Get Paid
Closing is completed on the timeline set for the auction. Your referral commission is paid at closing, your client is served, and your reputation as a problem-solver is reinforced.
